How We Use Business Information

- Create and display your public business listing or “card” in the directory.
- Promote your business to verified residents of participating communities.
- Feature your business in newsletters or highlight sections (when appropriate).
- Support resident inquiries and help them contact you.
We do not sell or rent business contact data.
Business Responsibilities
By participating in Desert Ridge Hub, businesses agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Ensure they have rights to all logos, images, and content they upload.

Content Ownership
- Businesses retain ownership of their logos, photos, and branding.
- Desert Ridge Hub (managed by DatAdvisors) owns the layout, directory design, and platform features.
- By submitting content, you grant Desert Ridge Hub a non-exclusive license to display and
promote your business within hub-related materials.
Listing Review & Removal
Desert Ridge Hub reserves the right to edit, pause, or remove a business listing if:
- Information is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
- Complaints indicate serious service issues or policy violations.
- Content is inappropriate, offensive, or violates community standards.
Communication Consent
By submitting a business listing, you agree to receive operational emails related to:
- Your listing and profile status
- Directory updates and feature announcements
- Resident inquiries or connection requests
You may request to limit or stop non-essential communications at any time.
